Against an elegantly rustic backdrop, Japan-connected culinary entrepreneurs bring a flair for flavor to this year’s Forum, exploring topics ranging from starting their own restaurants to health and wellness, sustainable agriculture and the farm to table movement.  Highlights are sure to include:

  • three-course Japanese-inspired lunch;
  • first-hand experience of Green Door Gourmet’s food and flower farming operation;
  • on-site artisan market place; and a
  • unique memento of the occasion!
