HOT TOPIC PHONE CALL WITH
VICENTE FOX
FORMER PRESIDENT OF MEXICO
TUESDAY, FEB 7 AT 4 P.M. CENTRAL TIME
WACA is delighted to present  a conference call, TUESDAY at 4:00 PM CT, on U.S.-Mexico Relations, featuring former Mexican President Vicente Fox (2000-2006). This program is free and open to anyone in the Council network nationwide.
President Fox has been at odds with President Donald Trump since the 2016 campaign trail when candidate Trump announced that he would build a border wall and convince the Mexican government to pay for it. President Fox, in an interview on NBC’s Today show earlier this week, said that the nations’ relationship is “at the very lowest point since the war [1846-1848] between Mexico and the United States.” (Full bio.)
Join us for this exciting call to discuss the critical issues of the current and future U.S.-Mexican relationship. Jim Falk, President and CEO of the World Affairs Council of Dallas/Fort Worth, will moderate the call.
