The One Day a Year “Big Payback” For Nonprofits That Make Your Community Work

Do You Or A Friend Have A May Birthday?

Dear Stakeholders in Global Literacy

The Big Payback takes place TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY, May 2nd from midnight to 11:59 p.m.

That’s the day set aside every year in Tennessee for you, the stakeholders in the community, to step up and take care of the nonprofits that serve you, the youth in our region and your fellow citizens

Please make a donation to the World Affairs Council through the Big Payback web site to help us reach our goal of raising $5,000.00.  Your donations will go directly to supporting our community education outreach programs like Academic WorldQuest and the Tennessee Global Scholars program.

We urge you to consider a donation to help support our mission of promoting international awareness, understanding and connections to enhance the region’s global stature and to prepare Tennesseans to thrive in our increasingly complex and connected world.

To MAKE A DONATION visit the World Affairs Council page on the secure Big Payback web site on May 2, 2018 to use your credit card, debit card or bank account information to make a gift to the Tennessee World Affairs Council.

Credit card donations (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) made during the 24-hour donation period will appear on the website leaderboard in real time — watch our progress live!

The World Affairs Council is designated a 501(c)3 tax exempt organization by the IRS. Your gifts are deductible to the full extent of the law.

When you complete making your gift you will receive an email from the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee confirming your tax-deductible gift.

Thank you, friends, for your generosity and support. We cannot build global affairs awareness through interesting and inspiring speakers, seminars, programs and other events, without your support.

Your friends at the World Affairs Council
