Joe Cirincione is the leading voice on the existential threat to life on earth posed by nuclear weapon proliferation. He heads the Ploughshares Fund, the preeminent group working to reduce and eliminate this threat.
The Tennessee World Affairs Council hosted Mr. Cirincione for two days as part of its Distinguished Visiting Speaker Program. He met with students, community leaders, World Affairs Council members, business people and journalists.
