Bronte Prins is Chief Legal Officer of Southern Land Company, a national real estate development and construction company headquartered in Nashville. She joined the Board of Directors of TNWAC in 2019 and co-founded its young professionals group, YP Global.

Bronte was born and raised in Toronto, Canada and moved to the United States to attend the University of Southern California. After graduating from Fordham University School of Law, she started her legal career doing cross-border corporate transactions at Clifford Chance in New York City. Bronte relocated to Nashville in 2018 to join the corporate finance department of Baker Donelson, where she practiced for several years before taking her current position with Southern Land.
